We do not buy, sell, trade, own, possess, or take title to any commodities at any point during the transaction process. We are not a commodity dealer, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. All commodity transactions are conducted directly between the buyer and seller.

Our role is limited to providing facilitation services including, but not limited to: seller verification, buyer qualification, laboratory testing coordination, export documentation preparation, logistics coordination, and escrow service facilitation.
