Questions

Do you only work in Africa?

No. We work with businesses in the United States, and with companies building or operating in Guinea and Sierra Leone. Some clients need both.

Can you work with our current IT team or provider?

Yes. We can review, plan and hand over to the people who already run your systems.

How is work in Guinea and Sierra Leone delivered?

Assessment, cloud and AI work can be done remotely. Office and site setup is coordinated on the ground with checked local partners.

What does the managed plan cost?

It is priced per user per month and quoted after a short call and an inventory of what you run. The agreement lists exactly what the plan covers.

How fast do you respond, and who watches our systems at night?

Response times are written into your agreement, by urgency. Security monitoring runs 24 hours a day through a specialist security operations centre partner, named in the agreement.

Can you provide IT or cybersecurity staff for our team?

Yes, in both directions: US specialists for organisations in Africa, and African technology professionals for US companies. They can join your team, work as a managed team, or be hired directly by you with our help.

Is the cyber-law mapping legal advice?

No. It is prepared with local counsel to show what the laws ask of your operation, and it does not replace legal advice.

Ask for a Quote.

Tell us how many people you support and what you run today. We will quote per user per month and write down exactly what the plan covers.
