Before you travel

A few useful answers.

Tell us about your journey
Is this an instant booking?

This is a request for arrangements. We review your route, dates and support needs, then confirm availability, the proposed provider, price and terms with you before a booking is agreed. No payment is taken on this form.

Can you arrange only an airport transfer or a driver?

Yes. You can ask for one transfer, a driver for specific days, several journeys or support for an entire business visit. Tell us your stops and timing so we can check the right arrangement.

What kind of vehicle can I request?

We can discuss a sedan for city journeys, an SUV where the route calls for it, or a suitable passenger van or minibus for a group. Actual vehicles, seating, luggage space, air conditioning and any child-seat or accessibility requirements must be confirmed with the provider.

How does arrival in Sierra Leone work?

Freetown International Airport is at Lungi, across the estuary from Freetown. Depending on your arrival and onward destination, the plan may combine airport-to-jetty transport, a water crossing and an onward car, or use a road route. We review the connections and current operator availability with you.

Can you arrange government meetings and site access?

For business visits in Guinea and Sierra Leone, we can help prepare government appointment requests, coordinate meeting logistics and request permission for site visits. The institution or site owner decides whether access is granted; a request does not guarantee a meeting.

Can you help with SIM cards, interpreters or security?

We can help you locate an authorised SIM provider, request an interpreter, and discuss appropriate licensed security providers where required. SIM registration is completed directly with the operator under local rules. Specialist services are separately scoped and confirmed.

Can I combine business with time to explore?

Tell us what you have in mind. We can discuss personal time around your working itinerary and suitable local operators. Leisure planning depends on the destination’s published travel status and the places that can responsibly be included.

What if my flight or itinerary changes?

Tell your agreed contact as soon as you know. We will check the effect on your transport, accommodation and other arrangements. Waiting time, amendments and cancellation conditions depend on the providers and the terms confirmed before booking.
