Cloud Platforms That Are Secure, Repeatable and Affordable.

Make better use of the cloud without losing control of cost or security. We design the architecture, define it as code, automate builds and deployments, and set up the monitoring that tells you when something is wrong.

What this covers

Cloud and DevOps, service by service.

  • Cloud architectureAccounts, networks, security and services designed for the workload.
  • Infrastructure as CodeEnvironments defined in version-controlled code, built the same way every time.
  • CI/CD pipelinesBuilds, tests and deployments automated and repeatable.
  • KubernetesClusters designed, secured and operated, where they are the right tool.
  • ContainerisationApplications packaged to run the same in every environment.
  • Platform engineeringShared tools and templates that let developers ship safely.
  • Cloud automationRoutine operations scripted instead of done by hand.
  • Monitoring and observabilityMetrics, logs and alerts that show what is happening and why.
  • Cloud cost optimisationIdle resources found, sizes corrected and spend reviewed monthly.
Problems we solve

Where this usually starts.

  • Manual releasesDeployments that depend on one person and fail at the worst time.
  • Environments that driftTest and live that differ, so tests prove little.
  • A bill nobody can explainSpend that grows each month without a clear owner.
  • Problems found by customersNo monitoring until something breaks in public.
What you receive

Deliverables, written down.

  • A reviewed cloud architecture
  • Environments defined as code
  • Automated build, test and deployment pipelines
  • Dashboards and alerts that someone owns
  • A monthly cost review and savings plan
How we deliver
  1. DiscoverGoals, current systems, constraints and who decides.
  2. AssessGaps, risks and options, ranked by impact and cost.
  3. PlanA written scope, timeline and budget, agreed before work starts.
  4. DeliverThe agreed work, tested, with changes approved by you.
  5. Hand overDocumentation, access and training for the people who run it.

Cloud Migration Planning

Business challenge
A company running ageing servers wants to move to the cloud without a jump in cost or a weekend of downtime.
Proposed solution
An inventory of workloads, decisions on what moves and what retires, a secure target architecture and a cost estimate.
Delivery approach
Assess, design and plan a staged cutover with tested backups and a rollback step for every wave.
Intended outcome
A migration the business can approve, with costs and risks known before anything moves.
Questions

What people ask first.

Should a small business move to the cloud?

For email, files and most business software, usually yes: the provider handles the hardware, updates and much of the security. What matters is choosing the right plan, setting up accounts and backups properly, and knowing the monthly cost.

What is DevOps?

A way of building and running software in which deployments are automated and tested, infrastructure is defined in code, and changes can be rolled back. It makes releases faster and failures easier to recover from.

How do you plan for unreliable internet in West Africa?

With a backup internet link, power protection, and tools that work offline and sync later. ITU data via the World Bank shows internet use of 33% in Guinea and 25% in Sierra Leone in 2024, so many staff and customers still connect mainly by mobile.

How do you keep cloud costs under control?

By reviewing what is actually used, removing idle resources, choosing the right plan sizes and setting budget alerts, then repeating the review on a schedule.
